Chichester Festival Youth Theatre used several puppetry elements in their staging of J.M. Barrie's classic play. Toby collaborated with the show's designer Charlie Tymms in the realisation of the puppets and how they could provide solutions to staging the flying scenes and a host of other characters, he was then responsible for their design and construction.

Toby was also assistant to the show's director Dale Rooks in the tuition of the performers and direction for the puppetry sequences, paticularly in creating the character of Nana alongside actress Emily Moseley.
