The Jungle Book

As part of The Steam Industry's free open-air theatre season in association with More London, Toby was commissioned to create and direct puppets for the first professional staging of the Disney film at the Scoop amphitheatre on London's south bank.

Using a combination of puppets, masks and objects to portray the different species of animal meant there was no attempt to hide the performers, allowing the audience to appreciate how the characters were being represented as well as their performance.
